Economic Ship...

To all my friends living here in Maine with a (D) next to their voter registration, Please read Tom Sawyers Op/Ed bit in the BDN. It is clear, concise and lays out the failed economic "progress" that has been pushed in Augusta for decades now and how different other states are in their ability to retain industry, jobs and wealth.

You can't ignore that Maine is in a bit of a rough patch, and the future (debt obligations, further collapse of industry jobs) doesn't look that bright. This election cycle while your all voting for "change" at the federal level (I won't be voting with you, sorry), vote for change at the local level and do not vote for any incumbent that has pulled Maine in the wrong direction and that means the controlling majority. What do you have to loose?
